Diesel- Full Metal Jacket

This is my favorite track of 2009, beating out my favorites from Datsik and Downlink, particulary the one they did together “Against the Machines” which had a crazy drop, and sounded like humanoid robots from the future marching together to take down the NWO causing utter havoc and destruction.

No, not even that, or the one from DZ & Kozee, “Crack” which got mad plays on the Crookers myspace, the title being “Crookers Crazy Drop @ Coachella 09″ (shown below) had a total of 24,000 plays on YT.

You see all the electro kids go crazy, they don’t even know how to dance to the dub, all they know is that their brain is about to explode from crazy sub-bass and LFO’s, layered with pure filth. In the Crookers vid they also play “Down” (the first song) which was another one of my favorites comin’ from San Fran, (where DZ resides) also another notable drop of ’09. There were other great tracks from Funtcase and Doctor P that I enjoyed, especially Sweet Shop. Diesel takes the crown for ’09 in my opinion, no explanation necessary, just listen to it. Crazy switch ups, nasty dirty distortion, you can’t help but to act like a kangaroo when his drops come in.
